We have a 30-day return policy, allowing you a 30-day window from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

In order to qualify for a return, your item must remain in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, complete with tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, please ensure you have your receipt or proof of purchase readily available.

If your return request is accepted, we will furnish you with a return shipping label, accompanied by detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues: Upon receiving your order, we kindly request you to inspect it. If you discover any defects, damages, or have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. This will allow us to promptly assess the issue and rectify it accordingly.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:

  • You have chosen the wrong size, color, or product type.
  • The image quality on the product is deemed acceptable.
  • “I ordered by mistake” / “I’m no longer interested.”
  • Regrettably, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Exchanges: The most expedient method to acquire the item you desire is to return the item you currently possess. Once your return is approved, you can proceed to make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period: In addition to the above, if your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As previously mentioned, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, complete with tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds: We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return, and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded through your original payment method within 10 business days. Please bear in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
