Standard production and delivery times: We work with a global team of manufacturers and shipping services to ensure your order reaches your door.

Please keep in mind that the Estimated Arrival of your package is calculated as follows: Production time + Shipping time.
The production process includes fulfilling orders based on your personalization, quality checking to ensure that every item is in perfect condition, and packaging. Since all items are made to order, some time is required for production before we ship them to you. Shipping time is calculated from the day your order leaves our facility to your delivery address. Production and Shipping time may vary depending on the type of items you purchase and the delivery location.
Upon purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email containing important details such as the order number, order summary, total cost, and chosen shipping address. Each item you order is custom-made for you, which means we don’t have stock in a warehouse. Printing usually takes 1-3 business days (from February to October) and 3-5 business days (from November to January). We have a global network of third-party printers who are experts in their craft. The product’s origin depends on the type of product and your shipping address, which might result in different packages arriving on different days. Your order will be shipped to your specified address, and you will receive a shipping confirmation email once it’s on its way. Shipping times vary depending on the destination and are automatically calculated during checkout.
- Special Note:
During busy occasions such as Valentine’s Day, Women’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, or Christmas, production and delivery times might be slightly extended. Cut-off times will be publicly shown on our website. We cannot guarantee on-time arrival or take responsibility for late delivery of orders placed after the cut-off dates.
Shipping fee: Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be provided. If not explicitly mentioned, shipping fees displayed in US Dollars (USD) will be shown during checkout before the final payment step.
Order tracking: After your order is shipped, you will receive email notifications and can log in to our website for real-time tracking. Some orders may be sent in multiple parcels, so you may receive multiple emails with tracking numbers.
Please allow 3-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system. If the tracking information is not available, it means the carrier has not yet processed your parcel. Once it’s scanned into the system, tracking events will appear on the tracking page.
If the estimated arrival date has passed, and you still haven’t received your order, please contact us, and we will assist you.
Incorrect/Insufficient shipping address: Please ensure all details, including the recipient’s name, are correct. If not:
- Items will be returned to our shipping partners’ warehouses and disposed of by them. Coveshirt is not responsible for unsuccessful delivery due to incorrect or insufficient shipping information.
- For orders returned due to an incorrect address provided, we require a re-shipping fee to resend your order.
- If you contact the carrier to forward or redirect your parcel after it has left our warehouse, we are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the parcel.
- If you wish to change your address, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. After 2 hours, we cannot modify delivery details.
- In case of problems with your shipping address, such as misspelled city/state or incorrect ZIP code, we may attempt to contact you for confirmation. However, we cannot guarantee on-time delivery in such scenarios.
